Because our products are made-to-order and often customized, we have a specific refund policy in place to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties. 1. Order Cancellations Orders canceled at least 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled 24–72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Orders canceled less than 24 hours before pickup or delivery are non-refundable due to the perishable and custom nature of our products. 2. Custom Cakes and Special Orders Custom cakes that include specific designs, flavors, or decorations require prepayment and are non-refundable once production has begun, even if canceled within the allowed time. If a custom cake is canceled more than 3 days in advance, you may receive a partial refund, excluding preparation and material costs. 3. Dissatisfaction with Product If you are not satisfied with your cake, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We may offer a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue. Please provide photos and a description of the problem for review. 4. Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong product or if we made an error in your order, we will either: Offer a replacement, Provide a full or partial refund, or Issue store credit. Please notify us of any such issues immediately upon pickup or delivery. 5. No-Shows and Unclaimed Orders Cakes and baked goods not picked up on the scheduled date are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee product freshness beyond the agreed pickup/delivery time. 6. Allergy Disclaimer It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order.
